Also this year we presented our conversion plans and created new premises.

The result is a spacious conference and meeting room with a modern media wall and a directly connected coffee kitchen for the hospitality of our guests.

E-mobility is also an important topic in our company.

We will soon put the first 5 wall boxes into operation in order to be able to charge our company fleet in an environmentally friendly and CO2-neutral manner. In combination with our PV system, a well-rounded affair.

By the end of the year, more than 70% of our fleet will have been converted to hybrid or fully electric vehicles.

As a company, we are happy to make our contribution to environmental protection and sustainability.

A year ago (November 9th, 2020) we put our second photovoltaic system into operation. With the second PV system, we have fully exploited the possible roof areas on our buildings. Time for us to take stock.

The two PV systems have a nominal PV output of 122 kWp. This corresponds to a nominal AC power of around 91 kW.

During this time, the PV systems generated an output of 108 MWh (108,000 kWh), thus avoiding CO2 by 71.33 t (tons).

As a company, we are happy to make our contribution to environmental protection and are pleased about the impressive values.

It's done. After a long renovation phase, the new office area could finally be moved into. A previously unused area has been completely refurbished to create modern workplaces.

A total of eight new workplaces have been created and a new break area with a coffee kitchen for our employees.

In the warm summer months, there is also an outdoor area with seating. A small meeting point for short and spontaneous meetings was also created.

This is again an in-house development of the company Hillesheim. The HT60 is the logical evolution of the current HT40 family, which has been successfully represented in the market for many years.

Hillesheim has expanded its controller program in the Ex-Area.

The electronic Ex-controller HT-D3Ex is a combination of controller and ATEX approved limiter. The combi unit is already pre-wired and can therefore be put into operation quickly and easily. The Ex-controller has a switching capacity of 16A and is mounted outside the Ex-zone.

The Ex-controller enables the safe operation of Ex-heaters and Ex-Hoses of all kinds.

With this narrow heating tape, two PTFE insulated heating conductors are wrapped in a common braiding and resistance to splahing water.

The new electronic EX-controller from Hillesheim GmbH is a combination of controller and limiter. The controller is suitable for use in explosion hazardous areas.

The robust and compact design, its high switching capcity and its simple handling are the strengths of the new EX-controller HT-ExBR.

The new controller enables a simple and space-saving operation of electrical heating tracer or heating hoses (HX Series) in EX-zones 1 and 2.
