Access Website

Access to the website and the website stored files can be logged for internal system-related purposes. This does not store the IP address from which the page request is coming. A personal user profile cannot be created.

We use the newsletter software from the CleverReach service provider to create and manage our newsletters. Through the newsletter, we send information about products and news concerning the company Hillesheim GmbH. The required data of the newsletter recipients are hosted on a server of CleverReach, in an area where we have password-protected access. The terms and conditions of CleverReach, which you can read under www.cleverreach.de, are the contractual basis between us and CleverReach. Accordingly, it is assured that CleverReach neither accesses the data of the newsletter recipients nor uses them in any other way. The newsletter software from the service provider CleverReach analyzes the range of the respective newsletters to ensure that the mails actually reach the recipient. The individual patterns of behavior that are recognizable are only used for a statistical evaluation of success of the newsletter and are in no way passed on to third parties or used for other purposes. By using the newsletters you agree to the data processing by CleverReach to the extent indicated.

Use and Disclosure

The personal data provided by you is only used to respond to your inquiry and for technical administration. Disclosure of your personal data to third parties (eg suppliers, etc.) only takes place where it is necessary to process your request or order processing.
